Beyond a beautiful portfolio, the right photographer should make you feel at ease. These are the questions worth asking before you book.
Look at full galleries, not just highlights
Anyone can share their ten best images. Ask to see two or three complete weddings so you understand how a photographer tells the whole story of a day.
Notice how you feel on the call
You’ll spend more time with your photographer than almost anyone else on your wedding day. If the first conversation feels easy, that’s a very good sign.
Understand what’s included
Check coverage hours, delivery timelines, how images are shared, and what happens if something unexpected occurs. Clear answers now prevent surprises later.
